The pond is getting there and about 1/3 full. We are hoping that it will fill in less than 1 week.
The pond is finally done and we are starting to fill it. We aren't sure how long its going to take but we know it will be a sure lot shorter than the 3 weeks it took to fill the big pond. We can't wait to start crossing horses through it.
Finishing the installation of sand and rock to protect the liner and provide good, safe footing for the horses to cross. This is the last step before filling the pond!!
The pond liner install is complete and it is ready to be covered with sand and rock in preparation for filling.

Since we did a liner system we needed to put down a nice layer of sand above and below the liner to make sure it doesn’t get punctured.
